At The Frame Game, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the eyewear in its original case and shipping box, ensuring all cleaning cloths and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
